09.11.2006 - Let’s put a million into good hands! These days it’s not easy to amaze an experienced player, but we decided to have a try. For the first time in Russia, a million dollars will be won by one person. This remarkable event will take place on no less a remarkable date – 07.07.07 – the day that the Shangri La Casino in Moscow came into being. The million-dollar win will be the final stage of a series of super games known as the $3 Million at the Shangri La, which began in August this year. So who can become a millionaire? Any player in the main hall or the X.O. Hall of the Shangri La - both those who are playing at the tables and those who prefer the slot machines. But they have to start preparing for the super-game final right now, by taking part in the intermediate stages. And these games are also worth playing. From August 2006 to June 2007, the casino will be holding two major prize games for $50,000 in the middle of each month to $100,000 at the end of each month. Entry tickets for this series of super games are charged to players according to a special programme, and their number depends on the results of the game. But it’s Lady Luck who will pick the lucky winner, when the ticket is pulled out of the drum that will make someone a millionaire. Or add another million to those that he (or she) has already got - always assuming that another million will not go amiss... A million dollars will pass into the hands of one person, the lucky winner of the $3 Million at the Shangri La super game – money that can magically change that person’s life forever.
