“Croupier School” A four-week immersion in intricacies of croupiers’ skill. At first students are told about the company, the profession of croupiers and the training process. Theory goes hand in hand with practice: each topic is drilled right on the gaming floor – at gaming tables and roulette. Croupiers are taught a lot. They must be able to move chips, pay bets, deal cards, and know rules and procedures of card games. Training is completed with a final test in which students should expose all knowledge they have acquired.
“Attendant School” (slot machine operators) Attendants-to-be are taught a lot. First of all, technical aspects: how a slot machine works, slot game rules. Then they are taught communication with guests. Every attendant must count quickly and without mistakes – it mainly concerns multiplication: complex multiplace numbers are multiplied by two, five, zero, point two, etc. Students are told about methods of quick calculation. Besides, attendants-to-be learn rules of playing slot machines, roulette, poker combinations, jackpot varieties, methods of paying winnings to players. And all these intricacies are to be grasped within two weeks.
