Tatiana Grebneva, Slots Manager

Her work in Storm has started in September 2000 as an attendant of the gaming machines hall in Shangri La Casino. In May 2002 Tatiana has become shift-manager and two years later slot-manager assistant. Then she worked in entertainment complex Udarnik, Super Slots hall on Taganskaya and finally transferred to Jazz Town casino on the slot-manager position.
It is never easy to move up the career ladder, especially for those whose career has just started and you don’t know what should be expected of the future: fast take-off or disappointing downfall. Perhaps, it will be “even, gradual movement forward.” The latter is characteristics of Tatyana Grebneva’s career growth.
Tatyana came to work in casino by chance. She did not aspire to make a career in the gaming business. She studied at the Russian State Humanitarian University at the department of “Information security” and had definite plans to work in this field. However, as any student she wanted to earn some extra money in addition to monthly student allowance. So Tatiana found herself at the doorstep of casino.
Tatiana is proud of her work and her achievements in Storm. She has always set very strict requirements to herself and results of her work. Tatiana thinks that working with players is the most complicated and at the same time the most interesting process. Unique diversity of personalities, temperaments, behaviors… Communication with people including conflict resolution is integral part of her work. It requires a lot of commission but in the end positive emotions always overwhelm.
Tatiana is proud of working for Storm in a nice, united team of real professionals, where everyone clearly knows their assignments and cooperates very well with each other. Obviously, she also feels a part of the team.
Tatiana believes that every Storm employee who wants to make a career in the holding should be ambitious and well-organized. It is necessary to follow the rules and be committed. Following corporate rules does not exclude possibility of improvisation. Tatiana believes that any improvisation or creativity is a part of the process, which is ideally planned and specified before hand. It is necessary to think over every step and any decision should be well-thought and justified. Often these decisions influence reputation of the Storm gaming complexes and relations with clients.
Tatyana has the following recommendations for those who want to work in the sphere of gaming business: first of all, decide whether your intentions are really serious, work in the casino requires hard efforts. If a person conscientiously makes this decision, then he just needs to add some patience and hard work. At the same time, you should be sharp-eyed, attentive and constantly learn from your colleagues, and above all, love your profession.
